Coordinates and directs the functioning of a clinical treatment team providing inpatient and outpatient care. Provides clinical supervision and consultation to staff and provide advanced social work services and case management to the most difficult patients.

Education and Experience

• Masters degree in Social Work is required. Maryland state Social Work licensure and credentials as a Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), or evidence of application for licensure examination at the time of employment, is required.
• Five years post-masters clinical experience in a healthcare setting is required. Three years of experience in a lead/supervisory capacity is preferred.
