Full time, day shift position
Job is 90% remote requires monthly attendance at one or two meetings on site. This particular position focuses on Heart Transplant, Lung Transplant and Ventricular Device patients and outcomes.

Our Program in Transplantation is looking for a talented RN to work with our Lung Transplant, Heart Transplant and Left Ventricular Assist Device team to assess and analyze our opportunities for improvement, practice changes and patient safety priorities. This position reports directly to the manager of Transplant Quality and Regulatory Compliance and the Medical Director Program in Transplantation. It is a 95% remote position with minimal on-site requirements. This position works closely with surgeons, specialty physicians, advanced practice providers, transplant leaders and other team members to achieve program goals and meet compliance with CMS, UNOS and The Joint Commission regulations. Participate in the true integration of quality assessment, performance improvement, data analytics, patient safety and root cause analysis in our targeted patient populations. Lead improvement efforts, specialty accreditation teams and grow your regulatory knowledge. Join a small, dedicated, and supportive group of clinically minded investigative nurses that work both autonomously and interdependently to attain their daily goals and activities.
