General Summary
Delivers excellent service by providing professional, attentive and compassionate service ultimately assuring the customer’s needs are met. Assists and supports HR front desk/reception with scheduling, document collection, and helps with walk-ins. Performs office duties such as typing, filing, and data entry. Assist HR Coordinators with scheduling, document collection, and helps with triaging walk ins. Responsible for taking photographs, inputting employee data, printing and issuing identification cards, collecting money for lost IDs, and collecting, record money received from students and/or staff. Updates vehicle registration/parking violation databases, updating employee Kronos and Lawson systems. Manages and orders supplies for identification system. Performs other duties as assigned.

This position will be fully onsite, Monday - Friday 7:30 - 4:00.

Physical Requirements
Requires sitting approximately 70% of the time; frequent standing and walking. Moderate bending, lifting, reaching for and carrying supplies weighing up to 15 lbs. Requires manual dexterity for operating keyboard and office equipment. Requires visual acuity to view computer monitor, and read documents. Talking and hearing necessary for communication with patients, family members, staff and visitors.
