Planning, implementing, and overseeing a variety of activities and events both internally and with external partners. Aligning with and supporting existing and newly formed teams with purpose related to employee engagement, retention, as well as interfacing with community and partner organizations. Organizing events, activities, and educational opportunities to engage team members and external partners. Qualifications
• Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Finance, Health Care Administration or a related field or equivalent, or 4 years of demonstrated experience required.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible planning, financial analysis, or strategy development experience. Healthcare-related background is preferred.
• Ability to judge the level of confidentiality of information / activities involved in and exhibit integrity in use and/or dissemination of such information.
• Advanced-level skill in spreadsheets (i.e., Microsoft Excel, SmartSheets), databases (i.e., Microsoft Access), word processing programs (i.e., Microsoft Word), graphic/specialty (ex: PowerPoint) and related software programs. Ability to teach others and act as a resource of expertise.
• Ability to develop and evaluate data via use of computer analysis.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills and team leadership skills are required to develop and implement efficient work processes. Ability to work in a stressful environment. •
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix work environment
