General Summary
Under limited supervision, is responsible for the operations of designated UM BWMC Ambulatory Centers, to include supervision of staff; broad oversight of daily operations, revenue, and expenses.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred. Five (5) years health care management experience required with extensive knowledge and exposure to electronic medical record implementations and pay for performance programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Valid Maryland driver's license required.
Working Conditions
Works inside a clinical/office environment. Exposed to frequent interruptions and multiple crisis situations. May be physically and verbally abused by patients. Potential for exposure to communicable diseases and hazardous materials, requiring the observance of standard precautions and safe handling practices. This position has been classified as low or no exposure risk and does not require the completion of an annual respirator mask fitting.
Physical Requirements
Requires standing and sitting approximately 50% of the time; requires walking approximately 50% of the time. Frequently requires reaching for, fingering, grasping and handling supplies, charts, and small equipment. Requires near visual acuity to read charts, documents, and computer monitor; talking and hearing to converse with patients, staff and other health care team members. Requires hearing and listening to differentiate sounds.
