Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in counseling psychology, clinical psychology, or clinical child psychology or a related field and four (4) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Grade 6 (Salary).
Position Description:
This study will require a 1.oo FTE research coordinator with a master degree in counseling psychology, clinical psychology, or clinical child psychology for 1 year. This person will be responsible for implementing the study, coordinating with the collaborating organizations (e.g., health clinics, schools) and other researchers, implementation of psychological assessments and individual therapy, and potentially the training and supervision of the graduate students involved in the study. All these functions will take place in close coordination with the supervisor in the conduct of this project.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain day-to-day coordination and supports Dr. Possel to assure efficient implementation of the research protocol and maintain program fidelity.
  • Collaborate with supervisor to achieve targets.
  • Manage all aspects of eligibility screening, patient enrollment, face-to-face intakes, and implementation of research protocol.
  • Schedule and facilitate psychological assessments and individual therapy.
  • Develop/contribute to clinical documents including protocol and informed consent forms, source documentation templates, and other study tools.
  • Collaborate with collaborating community organizations (e.g., health clinics, schools) and other researchers as needed for program implementation.
  • Enter and manage the study data
  • Enter client data in the electronic data management system.
  • Assist with IRB submissions, maintenance of regulatory documents and responding to study related questions from sites, stakeholders, and sponsors in a timely fashion.
  • Provide consistent and timely communication (e.g., funding updates, progress reports, team meetings, etc.) to project sponsors, the project team, director and other clinical leadership involved in the project to include a formal reporting process, understanding of the project vision and current status.
  • Assists with planning and review of monitoring plans and tracking of all phases of the program.
  • Performs additional tasks and responsibilities, as requested.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in counseling psychology, clinical psychology, or clinical child psychology
  • Experience providing direct clinical practice to adolescents, adults, and/or groups
  • Clinical experience leading therapeutic or psycho-educational programs.
  • Experience working in project management related to clinical research, academic research, or similar environment
  • Driver's license - This position will require driving.
  • Therapeutic experience with underserved populations is preferred
  • Assessment experience with underserved populations is preferred
  • Experience in meta-analyses is preferred

Target Compensation Maximum:
$77,600.00
Target Compensation Minimum:
$51,700.00
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
