Position Title: Student Center for Research: Project Manager, Advance Program's Pathways

Job Description:
This employee is accountable for organizing, implementing, and maintaining each department’s ASRE Pathway plan (scaffolding). They monitor each group’s progress, and keep all stakeholders informed of program changes and processes throughout the project’s lifecycles. All of this takes place within the framework of achieving the Advance Program’s goals.
Implement Advance Programs Pathways 40%
Implement regulations and guidelines for University Departments to follow while recording requirements for the Advance Program’s Student Learning Experience (ASRE) Pathways.
Learn to use the software that will record and assess co-curricular transcripts for undergraduate students. The software will be named “Pathways”.
Implement regulations and guidelines for University Departments to follow while using “Pathways” and tracking co-curricular activities.
Teach and assist UL Lafayette faculty and staff in the use of “Pathways”.
Write script that will allow data from “Pathways” and “Banner” to be correlated and used together.
Assess Advance Program Pathways and co-curricular software, “Pathways” 30%
Assist in the assessment and analysis of the Advance Program Pathways.
Assist the Director of SCRCS with the use of Qualtrics.
Assist the Director in analyzing institutional data with national data, develop reports based on these comparisons.
Communication with University offices 30%
Serve as liaison with University Registrar’s Office
Establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on all Advance Program project status and changes.
Assist in the continual maintenance of the Advance.louisiana.edu website.
Qualifications:
Skills andQualifications
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Experience managing data or serving as a project manager
Hands-on experience with developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability
Must possess or be willing to obtain and maintain Web Ambassador authorization
Proven success working with all levels of university management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
PreferredQualifications
Familiarity with Banner is preferred
Familiarity with Qualtrics is preferred
Ability to work in a team environment
