Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Central Sterile Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the UKHC enterprise flexible scope reprocessing services.

This position will provide leadership for sterile processing and high-level disinfection through incorporating industry standards, evidence based best practice and system management.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of Central Sterile associates
- Utilize flexible scope knowledge to supervise oversite of scope handling from cleaning, storage and distribution
- Oversee inventory control and manage sterile processing procedures
- Implement education and training support and oversee all quality of work
- Develop strategies to problem solve equipment and inventory issues and work as high functioning member of a team supporting clinics, procedural areas and operating rooms

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in Central Sterile Management
- Holds an active CRCST
- Holds HDL certification
- Experience with Scope Tracing Systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,323.00 - $131,685.00 per year
