Job Summary
The Athletics Assistant Business Manager position will ensure all camps have been reviewed and are setup correctly in Active Network’s Camp and Class Manager and adhere to Athletics Business Office policies; manage refunds, transfers and the camp registration schedule; manage online camp stores through Active Network; process ACH deposits every two weeks from the Active Network; and review camp payrolls for correct cost allocation.
Must comply with NCAA, SEC and UK policies, regulations and guidelines
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Blackbaud, and accounting

Preferred Education/Experience
Two years of experience preferred.
