University of Kentucky is Hiring an Administrative support Near Lexington, KY

Required License / Registration / Certification

None Physical Requirements The physical requirements for this position include regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with repetitive motion (such as typing);

walking including pushing, pulling, and / or lifting up to 10lbs and occasional pushing, pulling, and / or lifting objects up to 50lbs.

Shift Monday Friday, Day Shift; primarily 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm (40 hrs / wk). Job Summary This position is located off-campus in Lexington, KY at UKHC Turfland.

Completes various administrative tasks for the Department of Family and Community Medicine staff and faculty.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the daily schedule, travel, and meeting arrangements for various staff and faculty;

document creation (presentations, communications, meeting minutes) and record retention; operational coordinator for basic IT needs, special projects, and service excellence.

Individuals must have solid communication (oral and written), resource and organizational management, and interpersonal skills.

Administrative and scheduling experience; organization, attention to detail, multi-tasking. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?

No Preferred Education / Experience Prefer experience in a hospital / medical center / college administration environment.
