Position Overview
Assist Office Manager with receptionist duties and operations of front desk to ensure quality service is provided to all users of Business Academic Advising which includes: students, employers, faculty/staff, prospective/incoming students and families.
Answer general questions regarding KU, the School of Business, and Capitol Federal Hall.
Answer and direct incoming calls to staff; scheduling appointments for students with advising staff.
Check-in students for appointments; manage check-in process between students and advisors for drop-by advising.

Job Description
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer general questions regarding KU, the School of Business, and Capitol Federal Hall
- Answer and direct incoming calls to staff
- Scheduling appointments for students with advising staff
- Check-in students for advising appointments; manage check-in process between students and advisors for drop-by advising
Required Qualifications
- Must be a KU student enrolled in at least 6 credit hours.
- Must be available to work 12 hours per week Mondays & Wednesdays 8:00am - 12:30pm, and Fridays 11:00am - 2:00pm.
Preferred Qualifications
- Students available to continue employment during fall/spring semesters beyond the 2023-2024 academic year is preferred.
