Job Duties Outlined

• Responsible for the daily operation within the Area Health Education Center including greeting visitors and customers in person and over the phone.
• Operate office the following : copy machine, printer, fax, scanner, and other office equipment.
• Completing data entry tasks into the office program management software.
• Proofread various office forms.
• Organize and maintain files and records.
• Collect and distribute mail and deliveries as well as other office related errands.
• Understanding of the operations of the Area Health Education Center.
• Perform additional duties as directed.

Compensation Statement :

The pay range listed for this position is determined by our compensation program using market data and salary benchmarking.

A combination of factors is considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, education, experience and training, qualifications relative to the requirements of the position, and funding.

At the University of Kansas Medical Center, a reasonable estimate for the starting pay range will be the minimum to midpoint of the posted range, taking into account the combination of factors listed above.
