• Performs inventory calls or send inventory forms to patients/caregivers to fulfill supply needs of patients/caregivers and review clinical screening questions
• Performs complete and correct data entry for inventory orders onto delivery tickets
• Updates appropriate areas of patient information in patient medical records and other documents as needed
• Coordinate with other departments on a daily basis to fulfill orders
• Notify clinical staff of irregular supply or drug usage patterns and problems
• Identifies and resolves shipping issues
• Handles customer compliments and complaints
• Participate in quality assurance programs

• Ability to work independently and to manage several projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and arrive at creative solutions to issues
• Effective interpersonal, telephone and written and verbal communication skills
• Recent customer service experience
• Maintains knowledge of and compliance with payer and regulatory resupply standards
• Proficient in Excel Spreadsheets
