University of Illinois Hospital is Hiring a Security Guard Supervisor - OVCAS Security and Admin (University Police) Near Chicago, IL
The Security Guard Supervisor is responsible for the selection, training, supervision, and discipline of Security Guards.
Duties & Responsibilities:Interviews, selects, and orients new Security Guards. Establishes work assignments and schedules of assigned Security Guards. Develops, implements, and enforces standard operating procedures and policies for Security Guards. Plans and schedules in-service training for assigned Security Guards. Conducts periodic inspections to assure that Security Guards are performing in accordance with appropriate guidelines. Manage staff in controlling access to facilities Performs other related duties as assigned.
