University of Idaho Cultural Events Ticketing Manager
Location: Moscow Division/College: Auxiliary Services-MID Employee Category: Classified Pay Range: $23.33 per hour or higher depending on experience FTE: 1.0 Full/Part Time: Full Time Position Summary: This position manages the box office ticket sales/distribution for Cultural Events held on campus. Duties may include:
Assist in planning, organizing, and managing event ticket sales
Distribute information related to cultural events
Supervise ticketing guest services employees
Build relationships to help drive business
Serve as an exhibitor at local events
Develop and maintain a budget
Setup agreements and contracts with clients
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in/with one or more of the following disciplines:
Developing budgets and expense projections
Implementing public relations promotional strategies
Supervising full-time and temporary staff
Using computer software and applications for word processing, developing spreadsheets, email and internet research
Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with/in:
Operating a computerized ticketing system
Multitasking
Managing conflicting priorities
Strong written and verbal skills
