Position Summary:
The Admissions Counselor will assist in the admissions process, arrange for visits and tours of the Boise location, develop new recruiting initiatives, and advise prospective and current students. The Admissions Counselor will create programming, resources, and strategic initiatives to recruit underrepresented student populations. The Admissions Counselor will be assigned other projects by the Assistant Dean and will participate in the administrative and planning work of the College of Law Admissions Office.
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree.

• 1 year of experience working in an administrative setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with CRM tools.
• Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, email software, and centralized computer information systems.
• Experience overseeing and maintaining a budget.
• Experience with marketing and social media communication.
• Effective verbal and written communication, public relations, and organizational skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and conduct strategic planning.

• Ability to lift, carry and/or otherwise move 40-pound boxes.
