Assist Development team with event support such as printing and making nametags, assigning table numbers, on-site event support when possible, and other duties as assigned
Percentage of time 30

Assist Development team with general administrative tasks such as making copies, scanning documents, mailing letters, etc.

Duties/Responsibilities
Assist Development team with basic tasks in the alumni and donor database (will need to obtain access and training for GAIL - a high level of trust and confidentiality is required ).

Assist Development team with donor stewardship tasks such as writing thank you cards to first time donors, mailing gift acknowledgements, making donor stewardship videos when necessary, working with donor stewardship lists, and other duties as assigned
