Position Summary | The Veterinary Teaching Hospital Pharmacy Tech will perform work involving the compounding of a wide variety of products for use in both client and research animals including chemotherapy drugs under the supervision of Pharmacists or Pharmacy Technician Supervisor. Utilizes extensive mathematical skills in the compounding and filling of prescriptions for wide variety of species and medications. Ensures proper disposal of expired medications, accurate billing to patient/client accounts, and filling the Cubex automated controlled medication supply machine. |
