**Patient Nutrition Representative/Cashier | Cafeteria**

**UF Health Psychiatric Hospital - Gainesville**

Performs routine assigned duties to provide patients, visitors and staff with meals within the scheduled time frame. Prepares food items for patient and cafeteria service. Modifies patient menus to accurately reflect physician-ordered diets. Assembles patient meal trays according to the prescribed diet order. Performs routine sanitation duties. Monitors and records food and refrigeration temperatures. Serves as team leader in supervisor's absence.

**Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:**

* High school diploma required.

* 1 year of experience in a hospital food service setting preferred.

* Diet modification knowledge preferred.

* Must pass a level 2 FBI back ground check.

***** Midpoint Pay Rate -** Hourly: $14.33
