Job Summary:
This position serves as the Conflict of Interest (COI) Coordinator within the Conflict of Interest Office. The COI Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director Regulatory Compliance in the development and implementation of a program to manage all aspects of the conflicts of interest disclosure and reporting requirements for the University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus (CU Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus). The COI Coordinator works with the Director Regulatory Compliance and other COI coordinators to ensure that the policies and procedures of the COI Office are followed, as well as appropriate communication and coordination with other CU Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus offices, including but not limited to the Office of Grants and Contracts, Clinical Research Administration Office (CRAO), Colorado Multiple Institutional Review Board (COMIRB), and the CU Innovations Office. The COI Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining records that document the decisions and operations of the COI Program in compliance with federal and state regulations and requirements.

Facilitate the CU Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus Conflicts of Interest Program, in accordance with applicable policies, procedures and disclosures. 40%

Campus Wide COI Disclosure Recertification Process 50%
Actively participate in annual COI disclosure preparation.Work Location:
Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 1 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $55,496 -$70,590.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
