Job Summary:
The University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking applications for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Services Manager - Healthcare AI Manager. The Machine Learning Manager will serve as a primary point of contact and manager across the full project team, as a key point of contact on operations and deliverables for a high-profile research study with diverse stakeholders. Additionally, this full-time, University Staff (non-classified) position is responsible for high-level administrative duties, operations and research support, and technical project management in the Department of Ophthalmology, Division of AI. This position will report to the Chief of Artificial Intelligence and will partner closely to execute the goals and vision of the research study.
The Machine Learning Manager will be collaborating closely with clinicians, clinical staff, research staff, and other cross-functional teams to facilitate, track and manage project milestones and timelines; ensuring teams are appropriately connected to project tasks. The ideal candidate for this role must be a results-driven, detail-oriented individual with a deep understanding of clinical research processes, regulatory compliance, and effective and strong communication skills.

Hybrid – This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2 days per week on campus (Aurora, CO) and as needed for in-person meetings.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $73,491 - $93,481.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
