This role provides comprehensive coordination of activities supporting the Workforce Alliance and Affinity Alliance. This involves close interaction with NCWIT's team members, external WA members, WA project teams, and the Affinity Alliance. Engagement extends to collaborating with NCWIT's Corporate Initiatives Director and key executives, orchestrating, and managing corporate activities.

The University of Colorado Boulder is committed to building a culturally diverse community of faculty, staff, and students dedicated to contributing to an inclusive campus environment. We are an Equal Opportunity employer, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.

Who We Are

The National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT), a non-profit community comprising over 1,500 corporations, universities, non-profits, and government organizations, is dedicated to significantly enhancing the participation of girls and women in computing, making their impact both meaningful and influential. The NCWIT organization is part of the College of Engineering & Applied Science at the University of Colorado-Boulder. It spans both university staffing, financial and legal procedures, and in addition, receives funding from a non-profit 501(c)(3), to implement financial, legal, and governance procedures on its behalf.

The NCWIT Workforce Alliance (WA), a representation of nearly 100 global companies and four million employees, is focused on fostering inclusive cultures, bolstering technical team strength, and driving innovation.

Using social science theory and evidence, NCWIT's Affinity Alliance, in conjunction with its resource library, provides actionable insights for change leaders to drive effective cultural and environmental transformation. The Affinity Alliance's contribution aligns with NCWIT's mission, creating research-based resources to catalyze awareness and motivation for systemic change.

Further enriching its offerings, NCWIT has developed the Tech Inclusion Journey, an online tool rooted in research, accessible for independent organizational use or guided implementation, which requires scheduling and coordination.
