Job Description
A specialist position is available in Dr Liao's laboratory (https://liaolab.ucsf.edu) in the UCSF Department of Dermatology. The position will support research projects focused on disease mechanisms of inflammatory skin disease, with the goal to identify novel therapeutic strategies. The specialist will perform standard molecular cell biology experiments including isolation of DNA and RNA from tissues and cells, PCR, single cell library preparation, and staining of slides for spatial transcriptomics studies. We are looking for motivated candidates with the desire to work in a team at the frontier of research and precision medicine.
