DescriptionPrimary duties of the Staff Research Associate include technical and administrative tasks that support smooth and orderly operation of the lab. Technical tasks include wet bench experiments including but not limited to human pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) generation, maintenance, pluripotency test, and quality control. Specific research techniques include PCR, immunohistochemistry, gene expression analyses (qPCR), transfectable virus generation & handling, sequencing library preparations, Western blotting, cloning, gel electrophoresis, tissue culture, media preparation and general upkeep of reagents & equipment. Administrative tasks include maintaining the various permits and certifications for the lab, ordering, logging data, filing, and distributing research materials to the clients.Will hire at the I or II level based on experience.Staff Research Associate II Hourly Salary Range: $28.04 - $45.11Staff Research Associate I Hourly Salary Range: $25.75 - $30.71
