QualificationsWe're seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated nursing professional with: * Current California RN license and relevant clinical nursing skills, required* BSN or MSN, required * BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, required * 3 years Operating Room experience, required* ACLS, PALS, and CNOR, preferred* Able to circulate and scrub OR cases, ophthalmology experience, preferred* Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop/deliver appropriate interventions, involving patients, family and staff* Exceptional communication, prioritization, organization and designating skills* Thorough understanding of medical/surgical terminology* Knowledge of EHR charting
