Core responsibilities encompass supervising front office staff, offering support to physicians, physician extenders, Integrated Clinic Physicians, and administrative assistants, and ensuring seamless front desk operations including scheduling, registration, insurance, and patient navigation. The Practice Manager fosters effective communication across all levels, nurtures the professional growth of direct reports, and exercises a high level of autonomy in decision-making and complex problem-solving to drive departmental success.Salary Range: $78,800.00 - $175,000.00 Annually
