You will collaborate closely with other members of the health care team to help prevent inappropriate or misuse of medications. QualificationsWe're seeking a dedicated clinical professional with: Pharm D. degree and current CA Pharmacy license (required).ASHP-accredited residency (preferred).2 years inpatient pharmacy experience (highly preferred). Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational and follow-through skills. Knowledge of and ability to perform age specific and disease specific pharmacokinetic calculations. Ability to compound intravenous admixtures and other sterile products.
