QualificationsWe're seeking a compassionate, diligent Clinical Social Worker II or III with: * Master's degree in social work or social welfare* CA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or license eligible* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification* Excellent communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills* Expertise with psychosocial assessments, clinical interventions, and treatment planning* Knowledge of Child Abuse, Elder and Dependent Adult Abuse, Neglect and Domestic Violence treatment, interventions, and reporting protocols.* Commitment to principles of patient and family centered care, and an understanding of cultural differences and diversity.* Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams* Willingness to participate in at least one area of specialized practice annually* Computer proficiencyPost-masters social work experience in a healthcare setting, transplant experience, and LCSW is highly preferred.
