https://coehp.uark.edu/Summary of Job Duties:The Project Liaison provides primary support to the Project Coordinator by keeping track of the project calendars and assisting with quarterly and annual reports. This position oversees all administrative tasks related to program coordination. The Project Liaison serves as the initial point of contact for the project handling incoming/outgoing phone calls and emails. The position ensures all appropriate paperwork is processed and maintains the electronic filing system.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma

  • At least one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or related field

  • At least two years of experience in specialized or a related field applicable to work performed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education

  • Experience working with the University of Arkansas systems such as Workday and Share Point Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Adobe Creative Suite Experience working in a college or university setting

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):

  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities to perform the duties of this position

  • Knowledge of staff development and supervision principles

  • Knowledge of department operations, policies, and procedures

  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

  • Knowledge of computers and software applications

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles

  • Ability to conduct research and perform quantitative quality assurance reviews

  • Ability to resolve operational problems

  • Ability to research, prepare, and present comprehensive written and oral reports to the Project Coordinator

This position is renewable annually based on continued need for the position, availability of funding, and satisfactory job performance.
