Ph.D. in engineering management, industrial engineering, operations management, operations research, or another closely related field conferred by the start of employment
ABET accredited engineering degree
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated potential for teaching high-quality online courses, teaching a variety of graduate courses, and providing appropriate service to the department, university, and profession
Expertise or teaching interest in areas related to engineering management, including but not limited to, project management, systems engineering, engineering decision-making, quality, and operations management
At least 10 years of industry, consulting, military, or government experience in a related field
Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
Preferred Qualifications:
Conferred certifications in Systems Engineering, Project Management, Engineering Management, or related field
