Additional Information:

Responsibilities:

• Assists with moving equipment and beds in and out of rooms.

• Sets up, troubleshoots, and assists staff with equipment problems in operating rooms.

• Performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment.

• Communicates with operating room staff to plan for and coordinate equipment needs for individual cases.

• Coordinates outside service from equipment vendors.

• Adheres to safety standards related to equipment and electrical safety, infection control, and OSHA requirements.

• Monitors inventory of supplies and equipment.

• Orders supplies as needed.

• May perform other duties as assigned.
