Summary of Job Duties:The MLS I position is an entry-level position within the Blood Bank department. This position is responsible for performance of high complexity testing, and assisting with day-to-day operations. This position will also focus on improving patient outcomes by performing advanced blood banking techniques, dispensing blood and blood components, and educating students. This position will provide direct patient care by supplying the patient with appropriate blood components as determined by accurate testing to ensure the patient receives the appropriate blood components.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
