They will play a key leadership role in maintaining, expanding, and improving the School’s relationships with external stakeholders and provide academic leadership, ensuring the growth and competitiveness of the unit. Qualifications: Required Education and/or Experience: Earned doctorate in a discipline within the School of Business from an AACSB-accredited institution; Minimum of ten years of higher education teaching experience; Academic credentials appropriate for the rank of associate professor or professor; Experience working with AACSB accreditation; Record of successful leadership, administrative, or management experience in higher education at the department chair or equivalent or higher position; Excellent communication skills.
