JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide direct supervision and oversight of all business service functions including but not limited to Financial Services (general accounting, accounts payable, financial reporting, payroll, banking, and cash management), Procurement Services, and the Bursar’s Office. Oversees the implementation, testing, and modifications of all software related to these offices; Responsible for the preparation and review of the university’s annual financial statements and other required financial reports prior to submission to the University of Arkansas System office and other regulatory agencies; Coordinate all audit activity for the university, including with the University of Arkansas System’s Internal Audit Department, the State of Arkansas’s Legislative Audit department, and all other audit firms performing work related to UA Little Rock.
