Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of practice and game preparation as directed by Head Coach, including but not limited to offensive and defensive drills, individual player improvement, game organization, and pre-season and post-season improvement programs example: weight room. Assist in the recruitment of players by identifying and assessing talent, communicating with prospective recruits. Responsible for academic supervision of players including, but not limited to classroom checks, arranging study halls and tutoring sessions, and communication with an academic advisor and Faculty Athletic Representative. Responsible for building good relationships with players, faculty, staff, boosters, and the community, monitoring possible disciplinary situations, serving as a liaison between players and Head Coach. Coordinating travel for the entire program including all logistics for any recruiting, team travel, and reconciling in Workday for all three facets for the program. Game film coordinator. Breakdown and analysis of every game/practice for education sessions to Head Coach and to student-athletes. Assist in scheduling practices coordination and coordinating with opposing teams for game day oversight. Responsible for student-athlete development projects.
