General Responsibilities
- To employ a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures in a particular field of specialization.
- To plan, coordinate and conduct research.
- Manages day-to-day lab and research activities, with 60% of their work focusing on non-bench-related activities such as grant preparation and experimental design. The remaining 35% will be dedicated to bench research, with 5% allocated to other assigned duties.
- Focus on non-bench-related activities such as grant preparation and experimental design.
- Bench work.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Doctor of Philosophy, D.V.M. or M.D. degree in a related field and two (2) years of related experience
- OR M.D. and Master's degree.
- OR Master's degree and four (4) years of related experience
- OR Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of related experience
- Grant preparation and experimental design experience are a plus .
- 5 years’ experience.
