The Program Coordinator I will be responsible for: Event coordination for Designation ceremonies and assist Executive Assistant with Community facing events unrelated to the mobile market and wellness. Ownership of compiling, reviewing, submitting, and distributing information for monthly wellness and market newsletters (internally, to partners, and board members). Ownership and coordination of various volunteers (Youthserve, 1000 volunteers, Blazer Pulse, and interns. Responding to requests from the 'contact us' portal (or at least ensuring that they make it to the right LHSA team member. Creation and Management of volunteer database/spreadsheet. Regulatory compliance for LHSA. Work closely with one of the Division's Program Manager II's to ensure that LHSA has not missed any deadlines related to IRB updates. Management of the Ministry Roundtable (scheduling, communications, etc.) Management of Asana requests from Comms dept. (follow-up on request to ensure turnaround is timely) Create in-house storage and management system for printed materials for LHSA, mobile market and wellness, respectively. Have an awareness of availability of LHSA swag items by documenting orders/distribution. Serve as a scribe, where needed for LHSA committee meetings and ensure minutes are submitted in a timely manner.
