Applications will be accepted until 9/13/2023.The University of Notre Dame Enterprises and Events (UEE) division is currently hiring for the position of Marketing Coordinator. The UEE division leads the University's event management, hospitality, and customer service functions while supporting student life, academic endeavors, and research initiatives. As part of the event management role, the division is responsible for the planning and execution of a wide range of University events from Commencement to concerts and special events on football game weekends. The division is a major contributor of revenue to the University's mission and employs the largest number of staff on campus with over 1,200 full-time, part-time, temporary, and on-call staff.

Why this position?The Marketing Coordinator is a key team member in the development and production of internal, external, and interactive marketing for University Enterprises and Events (UEE). The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Assistant Director of Marketing and the Marketing Manager to execute an integrated marketing communications strategy with a focus on digital assets. This position will be responsible for supporting digital tactics and administrative tasks to include newsletters, website, and intranet content. The coordinator will also play a key role in the implementation of a social strategy for the division. As a member of the marketing team, the manager will work collaboratively with all team members to support UEE's mission and initiatives and drive a brand strategy that delivers an unparalleled customer experience for our guests.

- 1-3 years of experience
- Excellent written/oral communication and problem-solving skills are necessary to execute integrated marketing communications efforts.
- Strong technological skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications:- Marketing or communications background is preferred.
- Experience with data management, website management, and customer relationship management platforms (CRM) is preferred.
