The University of Notre Dame (ND.jobs) is accepting applications for a Information Security Awareness Program Manager.

Awareness and training are indispensable components to any successful Cybersecurity office. As cyber threats continue to proliferate, it is essential for us to strengthen our outreach efforts and provide comprehensive training to campus. Because of this, the Office of Information Technologies (OIT) is seeking an Information Security Awareness Program Manager to spearhead our University-wide information security initiatives.
This person will drive communications for our Information Security & Compliance team. Among others, they'll write and disperse critical internal communication during cyber incidents, create media and content for presentations and events, and develop and lead our information security training program and its associated outreach.
We are not requiring previous information security experience - we'll train and get the right candidate acclimated. That said, this person will need to come with communications and program management experience, as they'll be managing and executing the communications, marketing and PR side of this team.

Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of program management experience.
Communications experience that includes content development.
Change management practices/experience that have contributed to evolving cultural change within an organization.
Strong program and project management skills essential, including time-management and succeeding in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working in a highly matrixed organization and enjoy project work and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Associates degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school
Experience: 3 to 4 years
Degree (Knowledge): Communications program management
