Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Ensure all rooms are properly stocked with amenities and supplies
- Change bed linens, clean bathrooms, dust furniture, and vacuum carpets
- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing and floor care
- Follow established procedures for hotel cleanliness and safety standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping management techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with custodial and industrial cleaning equipment and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
