Hours:

Part Time 20hrs; Day Shift; Working every other weekend and holiday

Duties:

• Performs daily food service related duties necessary to meet customer/patient feeding deadlines.
• Maintains a neat, clean and sanitary work area appropriate for food and service ware handling including mopping, sweeping and dishwashing.
• Uses department equipment in a safe, efficient and confident manner.
• Follows hospital and departmental policies and procedures including proper food safety procedures.
• Stays current with training requirements and safety in-services.
• Serves internal and external customer needs promptly, accurately and politely utilizing department and University Hospitals service standards.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.

University Hospitals is offering a $1,000 sign on bonus for full time and $500 for part time, minus applicable taxes, for those hired externally for this position at our Geauga Medical Center. The bonus will be paid out in 2 installments, after 90 days of employment and after 1 year of employment.
