What you will do

• Responsible for all research-related payroll and cross charges between all UH entities and CWRU.
• Partner with UHMG Pediatric and Pediatric Surgery Administrators to ensure research-related activities are reflected appropriately on exhibit As.
• Partner with and maintain regular communication with RBC Research Administration team
• Helps develop and maintain reporting solutions and analyses for management and senior leadership. Assists in roll-out of custom reporting solutions including dashboards, standard monthly/weekly/daily reporting, in a productionized, repeatable fashion.
• Special projects as assigned

Qualifications:
Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Required

Experience Qualifications

• 1 years accounting experience Required and
• Healthcare accounting experience Preferred and
• Research background Preferred

Skills and Abilities

• Good understanding of GAAP, general ledger, health care cost accounting, and budget process. (Required proficiency)
