University Club Apartments is Hiring a Part Time Leasing Consultant Near Huntsville, TX
University Club & Papermoon Apartments is looking for a vibrant, self-motivated and organized leasing consultant. This position is part time and Saturday work is required.
Essential Functions:
- Show vacant apartments to prospective residents
- Lease apartments to qualified prospects
- Sign leases with incoming residents
- Complete daily & monthly reports
- Follow company policies at all times
- Answer a multi-line phone
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by manager
Required Skills:
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Must be self-motivated, energetic, organized & willing to learn
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Leasing experience preferred, but not required
