The Director of Performance Improvement directs the process of establishing a comprehensive and integrated performance improvement program which meets regulatory standards for both the hospital and the PHP/IOP components. The Director of Performance Improvement strives to emphasize an organization – wide approach in regards to continually meeting and /or exceeding licensing and accreditation standards, in order to deliver quality care and cost – effective treatment.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Accountable for creating an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the organizations mission, vision and values
- Responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and analysis of performance improvement projects and activities with a focus on improving patient safety and quality of care.
- Sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic initiatives.
