University at Buffalo is Hiring a Billing specialist Near Buffalo, NY
Position Summary
The seeks candidates to fill a full-time UBF funded Billing Specialist position for a busy dental clinic in an educational setting.
The incumbent will perform the following duties :
- Submission of claims, conduct follow-up and pre-authorization submissions.
- Provide patient customer service which includes answering patient phone calls regarding billing questions and processing credit card payments.
- Support to dental students with billing policies.
Work Hours : 8 : 00am 4 : 30pm
8 : 00am 4 : 30pm
Monday Friday

Minimum Qualifications 1 year of medical billing experience and basic computer skills required. Preferred Qualifications Dental office experience preferred.
Physical Demands Salary Range $35,100 - $48,750 Additional Salary Information Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate’s experience, qualifications and internal equity.
