We are looking to hire an Onsite Administrator for our client in Maplewood, MN. This position is onsite 5 days a week, 8am-5pm, and is a mix of hands on device installation work, as well as admirative and back office support.
- Tracking the entire printer fleet and the assets that go along with the printers
- Assist in manual collections of the devices
- Assist onsite customers of device functionality and report customer dissatisfaction to leadership
- Updating Service Now system with ticket escalations
- Coordinate new device installation and coordinate pickup and shipping of moved devices
- Working with Service Delivery Managers to ensure all devices are being managed correctly
- Managing device fleet in Excel
- Some degree of technical support via phone and hands-on
- Hands on support could include replacing consumables, clearing paper jams on printers, new printer installations

Required Skills & Experience
Typically, candidates who come from previous onsite desktop support roles or service/field technicians do really well in this space.
- Previous experience in an onsite customer facing role, preferably experience coming from a technical support role
- Great customer service experience and a customer first mindset
- Experience working with a ticketing system
- Strong Excel skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Any experience in a printer management role
