JOB SUMMARY: Supports management in directing and coordinating activities of maintenance personnel. Routinely provides feedback to management on personnel issues and performance. Actively supports and implements daily/weekly/monthly planning and scheduling. Ability to multitask and use basic problem solving skills. Pursues training and learning opportunities in Mechanic and Animation/Show Control discipline. Actively promotes, engages in and maintains positive working relationships with other departments and shifts in supporting department activities by performing duties assigned.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
SCOPE: Responsible for managing maintenance personnel in the inspection, troubleshooting and repair of animation, special effects, and ride and show control systems resort wide.
EDUCATION: High school degree or GED required.
EXPERIENCE: Six months to one year providing work direction required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
