Principal Responsibilities
- Write parking violations and boot cars that are parked illegally. (Subject to location)
- Empty and clean all trash cans; replace with new bag.
- Wipe down elevator, entrance, and exit walls.
- Walk each floor to ensure all trash is picked up.
- Clean cobwebs.
- Ensure all machines are working correctly.
- Painting lines and directions when necessary.
- Operate the sweeper to keep the garage ramps clean. (Subject to location)
- Assist customers when needed.
- Wear proper uniform.
- Follow Customer Service Training policies.
- At least 18 years of age
- General Maintenance- equipment repair experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience preferred
