Century Group is Hiring a CGP: Senior (Property) Accountant Near Woodland Hills, CA

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team! Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $45 to $52 per hour.
Job Description:

Oversee monthly financial reporting process for the various property management companies
Verify operating and capital expense items are coded correctly
Provide accurate financial statements to the joint venture partner(s) monthly
Provide monthly, quarterly, or annual financial reporting to lenders
Provides budget figures for partnership and other expenses as requested by asset management
Prepares monthly or quarterly cash flow reports

Requirements:

Yardi Voyager and/or RealPage property management software experience is preferred
Must have strong analytical skills, be a highly energetic team-player with a positive attitude
Ability to communicate with all levels of management
