We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and handling incoming calls and emails. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the homecare agency, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient delivery of services.
• Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising homecare staff, including nurses, caregivers, and administrative personnel.
• Quality Assurance: Monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and internal policies to maintain the highest quality of care.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Creating and managing schedules for homecare staff to ensure adequate coverage and timely service delivery.
• Training and Development: Identifying training needs and organizing professional development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Performance Evaluation: Conducting regular performance evaluations for homecare staff, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans as necessary.
• Risk Management: Assessing and mitigating potential risks associated with homecare services, including health and safety concerns for both clients and staff.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reports related to client care, staff performance, financials, and regulatory compliance.
